Thanks to a national grant of nearly £500,000 from NHS Charities Together, a series of charity funded projects will begin to help improve health and wellbeing across Norfolk and Waveney. Local NHS organisations have been working together to ensure the projects meet health needs, with the aim of protecting the most vulnerable from COVID-19, supporting people with mental health issues related to the pandemic and promoting healthier communities.
