The Handelsbanken Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund has been created to help sustain and develop the support and services that voluntary sector organisations can offer to alleviate a range of mental health and wellbeing issues in the community.

Examples of outdoor/ environmental based therapeutic interventions for young people include:
- Forest school activity with a wellbeing and/or mental health focus,
- Forest bathing activity for young people
- Wellbeing Nature Walks
- Creative outdoor activities (art, photography, creative writing, poetry) designed to improve mental health and wellbeing
